DESCRIPTION:University Day is right around the corner. Join the festivities as UNC-Chapel Hill celebrates its 230th anniversary on Thursday\, Oct. 12. \nClasses will be canceled from 10:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in honor of the events. Participants can begin gathering at the Old Well for the University Procession at 10:30 a.m. before heading to Memorial Hall for the 11 a.m. ceremony. Students\, faculty and all others who decide to join in the celebration will be treated to a variety of activities and food trucks on campus.
