Biography
Rubi Estrada is the Bilingual Program Assistant at the UNC School of Law Clinical Programs. Prior to joining the Clinic, she served as the Community Systems Manager at OASIS Inc. in Avery and Watauga Counties, North Carolina. In that role, she supervised advocates and managed key programs, including those focused on the judicial system, healthcare, housing, and language access. Rubi also contributed to Legal Aid’s Local Area Councils, helping to improve access to justice in her community. Estrada earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from East Tennessee State University in 2021, where she was part of the distinguished Roan Scholars Leadership Program.
