Carolina Law Recruiting Program

Employers may select an interview schedule (virtual or in-person) or a resume collection. Resume collection employers have the option of receiving a resume packet from our office or direct applications from students via your portal.  

Employers may post opportunities for 1Ls beginning in November. When requesting an interview schedule or resume collection for 1L summer interns, please specify the class level and the year for which you are recruiting a summer intern in the Job Description window (e.g. 1L for 1L Summer, 1L for 2L Summer, etc.)

HOW TO REGISTER

  • Have you previously recruited at UNC School of Law?
  • Are you new to recruiting at UNC School of Law?
    • Register here and we will create your Symplicity account for you.
  • Are you a member of the Judiciary hiring an intern or post-graduation law clerk?

CAROLINA LAW RECRUITING PROGRAM FEES

No fee is collected for Resume Collections or from employers that meet the criteria below.

  • Government, Public Interest, and Law Firms and Corporations (1-50 Attorneys) – Exempt
  • Law Firms and Corporations (51+ Attorneys)
    • 1L Interview Schedule – Exempt
    • 2L Interview Schedule – $200 per schedule
    • 3L Interview Schedule – Exempt
