Biography

Milburn Line is a Program Specialist with the Prosecutors and Politics Project where he supports research on the democratic accountability of prosecutors across the country. His previous experience includes human rights missions and projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia and Guatemala and a rule of law project in the People’s Republic of China.
