Supreme Court Program

The Supreme Court Program provides an opportunity for students to assist in representation of clients before the United States Supreme Court. Students learn the mechanics of Supreme Court representation through identifying possible candidates for review and preparing petitions for review, oppositions, amicus briefs, and merits briefs.
