Anne Hogewood joined UNC School of Law’s Career Development Office as Director of Judicial Clerkships in April 2022. Hogewood assists all law students towards their career goals, but her focus is helping those students interested in obtaining judicial clerkships in state or federal courts. Before joining Carolina Law, Hogewood worked for seven years at the North Carolina Court of Appeals In Raleigh. She has served as a guardian ad litem volunteer and on several nonprofit boards of directors. Hogewood began her legal career as a judicial law clerk and then proudly served as an assistant public defender in Mecklenburg County.
