Biography

A proud double Tar Heel, Pratt graduated from the UNC School of Law in 2008. After law school, Pratt clerked at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and was a litigator at Womble Carlyle Sandridge and Rice and Cranfill, Sumner and Hartzog in Raleigh before coming to work at the University in 2015. She currently serves as an Associate General Counsel in the Office of University Counsel at UNC.

Carolyn Pratt joined the Carolina Law faculty in 2023. Her teaching interests include the study and practice of higher education law.
