Biography
Chris Lynch joined the Carolina Law faculty in the 2020 Fall term as an adjunct faculty member. His primary area of interest is corporate finance. Mr. Lynch attended Harvard Law School and graduated cum laude. After law school, Mr. Lynch initially practiced law at Wilson Sonini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California, and since 1992 has practice law at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina.
