Biography

Bobby Jenkins joined UNC School of Law as adjunct faculty in 2004 and each fall teaches NC Pretrial Litigation — a skills-based course designed to help students take the step from law student to lawyer.In the course, Jenkins calls on his 20+ years of litigation experience in an attempt to bring to life the practical issues and considerations faced by civil litigators. Jenkins is an honors graduate of the UNC School of Law and following graduation he embarked on a twenty-year civil litigation career focused on plaintiff’s personal injury. From 2010 through 2017, Jenkins served as an assistant professor at the Charlotte School of Law. Mr. Jenkins has now returned to private practice with the Lanier Law group where he again focuses his work in the areas of products liability and serious personal injury.
