Biography

Todd Roessler joined the Carolina Law faculty as an Adjunct Professor in 2016 and teaches Ocean and Coastal Law. Roessler attended UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law and graduated with honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, Roessler earned a Masters degree in marine sciences from UNC-Chapel Hill. As an attorney, Roessler has extensive experience in coastal law and issues, including dredged material management practices, beneficial use projects, beach erosion, property rights, and Section 404/401 permitting.
