Dan K. Moore Program in Ethics: Ethical Issues for Corporate and In-House Attorneys

On Friday, November 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., attendees of the Dan K. Moore Program in Ethics will have the unprecedented opportunity to hear from a very distinguished group of panelists discussing the ethical issues attorneys face on behalf of their corporate clients. The cost to attend this virtual program is $99.

This year’s program sessions include:

  • Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG: How do Corporations Respond to Stakeholder Pressure on ESG Issues, Particularly Social Issues?
  • Ethical Issues Associated with Lawyers Serving as Directors of For Profit and Not-for-Profit Companies
