Biography
Professor Duffy is currently employed as Assistant US Attorney in the US Attorney’s Office in Raleigh, NC. His criminal experience has included public corruption, organized crime, tax, white collar, drug, and gang/drug prosecutions. He also served as EDNC Discovery Coordinator and assisted in the training of new AUSAs regarding all aspects of criminal practice, including prosecutorial ethics and discovery.
