Biography

Kaela serves as Interim Assistant Dean for Communications at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she leads strategic communications, branding, and storytelling initiatives in support of the school’s academic mission. She previously served as Communications Specialist for the law school, partnering with faculty, students, and alumni to elevate the school’s profile and strengthen engagement across audiences.
A seasoned writer, Kaela has ghostwritten for a New York Times bestselling author and developed marketing and brand messaging for national organizations. Her work spans editorial storytelling, institutional communications, and strategic content development, with a focus on clarity, authenticity, and impact.
