She also manages the school’s LRAP and provides advice for incoming, current, and graduating students on loan repayment, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and financing the cost of Bar study. Missy earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo in 2014 and a Master’s (Ed.M) and C.A.S. in K-12 School Counseling from the University at Buffalo in 2015 and 2016, respectively. During her graduate studies, her interests pivoted towards Higher Education and she gained invaluable experiences from several areas in the field, including Admissions, Orientation & First-Year Programs, and Career Services. Joining Syracuse University College of Law in June 2016, Missy first worked as a Recruitment Coordinator, addressing inquiries from prospective and current students, and then transitioned in 2017 as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid, serving as the school’s main financial aid counselor and financial literacy expert.
