The Career Development Office provides over 80 programs per year including Career Night, the Legal Careers Pathways Conference, and Meet the Tar Heels. We also provide a variety of online resources to assist students in their search for meaningful summer and permanent employment.

Legal Career Pathways Conference
A two-day virtual career conference focused on exposing our first-year students to the various practice settings in which they can pursue a fulfilling career in the law. Panelists share with students their experience in the following practice settings:

Meet the Tar Heels
This evening reception is held twice a year and provides students an opportunity to connect with on-campus interview program employers. The December event is for all class years. The June event is for rising 2Ls.
