Louise W. Harris

Biography

Louise Harris is Associate Dean for Advancement at UNC School of Law. Prior to her current role, she served as Director for the North Carolina Bar Foundation in Raleigh, NC. Before the Bar Foundation, she spent 17 years in alumni and development-related positions at Carolina Law, including Assistant Dean for Alumni and External Relations and Assistant Dean for Development. Louise began her external relations career with international sporting events including the 1999 Special Olympics World Games and the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Her professional career was launched at Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh, NC.

A North Carolina native and lifelong Tar Heel, Louise received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
